Build instruction

I was not able to find clear build instruction. The cmake, qt5, boost is required, right?
Please provide step by step build instruction for linux and win. As result I will able to help with development.

1. Install CMake;
2. Run cmake-gui;
3. Clone DCC repo;
4. Create some directory, for ex. "vstudio" in dcc repo root;
5. Specify dcc's root as Source dir, and "vstudio" dir as a Build directory;
6. Press Configure;
7. Now, download Boost, unpack it;
8. Specify Boost_INCLUDE_DIR as root of previously unpacked archive (for ex.: "C:/boost_1_60_0");
9. Now, unpack&build or install Qt5 for your build system;
10. Specify Qt5Core_DIR as "/lib/cmake/Qt5Core" subdirectory of your Qt5 installation dir (for ex.: "c:/Qt/Qt5.6.0/5.6/msvc2015/lib/cmake/Qt5Core");
11. Press Configure again;
12. Then press Build. That's it!
