Build 9600 [20260414]

  • NEW & UPDATED:
    • Add option for user to set whether to remember map zoom level within a session ref #199
  • BUGS & FIXES:
    • Fix #197 column name mismatches in internal datatables
    • Removed the ability to restart the app from within the app as it was causing continued headaches.
    • Hopefully fix issues with OSM Referrers. #200, #201, #202
