New first-party capabilities

  • workspace — path-confined list/read/write to one authorized dir; writes PEND for the owner.
  • claudecode.run — headless Claude Code, sandbox-exec dir-confined (out-of-dir r/w kernel-denied), via-capability only.

DeepAgents demo (examples/pomodoro-demo/) — a remote agent reads notes → writes a personalized PRD → drives sandboxed CC to build a working app, every powerful move owner-approved + audited. Live e2e verified (AC1–AC10).

Developer experience — START-HERE.md AI-native onboarding (hand the repo to Claude Code); examples/ decluttered (harnesses → tests/harnesses/); opt-in coverage (89.6% lines, floor 0.85).

Gate: 731 tests pass · strict typecheck.
