Ability to Select a Default Dashboard on Startup #1066

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When new users open NeoDash, they may not know how to navigate or use the dashboards effectively. Right now, there’s no way to automatically show them a user manual or guide dashboard on startup. This makes onboarding harder and requires extra explanation outside the tool.

Describe the solution you'd like
I’d like the ability to configure NeoDash so that a specific dashboard (e.g., a “User Manual” or “How to Use NeoDash” dashboard) always opens by default when NeoDash starts. This would allow teams to create onboarding dashboards that guide users, explain available reports, and document how to interact with the data.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually sharing a user manual as a document (outside NeoDash).

Asking users to load the “manual” dashboard themselves (requires extra steps and they may not know where to find it).

Additional context
This feature would help organizations onboard users more quickly and reduce repetitive support questions. It could also double as a way to highlight “what’s new” dashboards or key dashboards for specific projects.
