The page-version attribute between the 2 manuals will no longer match once 2025.01 is released

The preview documentation has now been torn down - reopening this PR will republish it.

@JPryce-Aklundh, do we need to update the Cypher links in the 5.x branch? I guess they should point to Cypher 5, not current. Right?

@NataliaIvakina No - the {page-version} attribute in both 5.x manuals is the same ("5") so it does not need to be updated.
