• Detail View - Press ↵ on any activity in the viewer to open a full-content scrollable modal (↑↓/jk to scroll, ↵/Esc/q to close)
• Thinking blocks - Parses and displays Claude's thinking blocks (…) when showThinkingSummaries: true is set in Claude Code settings
• Spinner - Animated braille spinner in the status bar shows the app is live
• Status bar moved to top - Shortcuts and spinner now appear at the top of the screen

• Layout scroll bug - Screen no longer shifts up by one line when terminal is full

• Hidden sessions format - Config now stores projectName/uuid instead of bare UUID (e.g. agenthud/569708ba-...) for readability
• Status bar layout - AgentHUD name on the left, shortcuts on the right
• Save shortcut hidden - s: save removed from visible shortcuts (key still works)
• Updated README - Reflects current split-view UI, keyboard shortcuts, and config options
