Fixed

• Layout fills screen on startup - Viewer panel now always fills remaining height
• Dynamic tree height - Session tree shrinks when few sessions, giving more space to viewer
• Error on unknown commands/flags - agenthud foobar now exits with an error instead of silently starting watch mode
