Summary

  • Fill in the placeholder [insert email/contact here] with a real reporting address
  • Merge the redundant Reporting and Enforcement sections into a single section

Context

Automated eval scripts (eval-security.sh, eval-performance.sh, eval-simplify.sh) flagged CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md as the only file with issues. Source code, tests, and build configuration passed clean.

Test plan

  • Verify the rendered markdown displays the contact email correctly on GitHub
  • Confirm no other files were affected

Fill in the placeholder email for abuse reporting and consolidate the
redundant Reporting and Enforcement sections into one.
