Milestones strategy

The first milestone for Php-Bottle is now completed! I however think that “0.0.1” is underestimated regarding the current usability of the framework. Should we upgrade it to “0.1”?

Let's do that, but before release we must fix problem with error handling (I will create a task in a few minutes) and clean up code according to PSR-4 or else commonly used code style, check all doc comments and build testing environment acceptable for CI usage.

I think would be better to create new milestone with all this prerelease tasks.
