Projects Page!

Can we have a Projects page in the WebUI where:

• We can create specialized projects, define the parameters for success and failure, and allow for connection to a Kanban board
• Where we can define multiple modules/features/Tasks, and assign each task to a different profile so that they can work as a swarm when needed?

For instance, today, I need to dip into the CLI and run this:

hermes project create "Homelab Monitoring" \
  --description "Monitoring stack for Proxmox homelab" \
  --board monitoring

In order to make a project and assign a new Kanban board to it.
