Release v0.51.553 — Release TL (extensions diagnostics panel in Settings)

Ships #4588 (santastabber) — read-only Settings → Extensions diagnostics UI for the #4569 status endpoint.

Added

  • Read-only Extensions diagnostics pane: runtime/manifest status, final same-origin asset URLs, sanitized warnings (codes + coarse sources only — no paths/env/rejected values). Trust-model note up front. Thanks @santastabber.

Gate

  • Full suite: 9925 passed, 0 failed (incl. new test_extensions_settings_panel.py)
  • Codex: SAFE TO SHIP; Opus: SAFE TO SHIP — XSS-escaped rendering, client-side no-leak preserved, read-only, default-safe
  • Screenshot verified (clean read-only diagnostics layout)
