Preliminary release of 0.0.6 with new PWID validation prototype

This version includes a PWID-resolver prototype.

Run the prototype with:

CLASSPATH="-cp lib/research-0.0.5.jar:lib/common-core-5.2.2.jar"
java $CLASSPATH -Ddk.netarkivet.settings.file=NAS-research-0.0.5/webpages/settings_PwidResolverApplication.xml dk.netarkivet.common.webinterface.GUIApplication

Note the common-core-5.2.2.jar is part of the 5.2.2 release of NetarchiveSuite
The NAS-research-0.0.5 folder is the Source code zip-file unzipped
