Steps to Reproduce

Bulk import of prefixes doesnt work anymore after upgrading from 3.7.4 to 4.3.1. Tried options csv and yaml format.
fields used with csv
prefix,status,tenant,site,vlan,role,description

Expected Behavior

Successful import of prefixes

Observed Behavior

Tab switches to Direct Import no error message
