This pull request introduces several updates to the build configuration and toolchain setup, primarily focused on improving platform support and updating build environments. The main changes include updating Windows build runners, switching cross-compilation toolchain URLs to more reliable sources, and adding support for Emscripten in the CMake configuration.
Failing pipeline
This PR does not fix the
WindowsandMacOSbuild pipelines. To do so, It requires PcapPlusPlus library upgrade and that will be done in a following PR.
