Custom Dashboard Crashes on Gauge selection

Expected behavior

I'm unable to create a custom dashboard panel of a "gauge" type.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a custom dashboard.
2. Select a chart.
3. Change the chart type to Gauge.
4. TypeError: i.getUI(...).getMinMax is not a function

...and I went to another machine and it works happily (???). Hopefully there's something in my trace that proves I wasn't hallucinating.
