Highlights
This patch release sharpens the skill's scope note: internal IT-project tickets (at Netresearch: NRS, NRT, SRV*, IO*, LIC) are now explicitly named as English-only artifacts, alongside commit messages, MR/PR descriptions and release notes. The boundary is stated outright — the skill governs how to write German, never whether German is the right choice. This closes a real-world gap where an agent drafted a follow-up ticket in German simply because neighboring tickets in the project were German; the English-only convention previously existed only as tribal knowledge. Compensating prose trims keep SKILL.md at the 500-word cap.
Changed
- Scope note now lists internal IT-project tickets as English-only and states the how-vs-whether boundary explicitly (PR #11)
- Asterisks in SRV*/IO* escaped so Markdown renders them literally
