Add hp_comware running_config_command mapping in Lib Mapper

### Proposed Functionality

Update RUNNING_CONFIG_MAPPER in the lib_mapper module to account for hp_comware network driver

### Use Case
Nautobot's GoldenConfig App uses this library by default when executing the backup job.
