Issue or question:

I keep getting this notification via email. "You are scheduled for an on-call shift in the future, but have no cell phone number recorded in Oncall. Please go to GroupID (go/groupid) and update your Mobile number. Changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate."

and then when I go to upload my phone number I get an error message "Unable to update user. The error is: Access is denied."
