Updated reference link in displays_data_for_resources_that_are_out_of_scope.md to point to the new location of dropping_file_system_data.md after it was moved from activitymonitor to accessanalyzer/file-system-and-sensitive-data-discovery/ in PR #364. This ensures cross-product KB references remain valid after the Access Analyzer KB reorganization.
