One menuIO and example using the OzOled driver for ssd1306.
The OzOled was easy to change for controlling sh1106 ( 2 pixels offset ).
I only have sh1106 displays for testing, but both the ssd1306 and OzOled examples show the 2 pixels offset with the original OzOled library.
