Data Management

Anonymized research data is saved on the MHeNS server (will change soon). Write ICT services to get access.

For the sEEG experiments, all data can be found in /projects/sEEG/ We have a folder for each participant. Patients recorded in Kempenhaeghe are pre-fixed khXX. In each folder, you find a about.txt file, which includes comments and observations made during the recording. The *.xdf files contain the synchronized recordings for each experiment. See sEEG experiments for info on processing these files. The img_pipe folder contains the aligned MR and CT images for visualizing as well as some screenshots of the locations and a electrodes.mat file with the anatomical labeling.

To publish publicly available data, use DataverseNL, login with your MU-log in.
