Light/day mode fix: theme-aware .glass-panel (frosted-white in light, dark glass in dark — no night regression) so modals, the Cmd+K command palette, and popovers are legible in day mode. Command palette + AI disclosure modal internals and non-adaptive slate/white fills (module cards, notification items, label pills, sticky notes) converted to semantic design-system tokens.
