Installation

With EEGLAB

Go to File -> Manage EEGLAB extensions, then search for "GEDAI" and install or update the plugin

With GitHub

This package can also be installed directly from GitHub.

First, go to the folder [YOUR-EEGLAB-PATHWAY]\plugins\ in the terminal, then run

$ git clone https://github.com/neurotuning/GEDAI-master.git

Alternatively, you can download the ZIP file and unzip it into the specified folder.

With other toolboxes

The GEDAI plugin has also been integrated into FieldTrip and Brainstorm, and can be downloaded via these toolboxes. The corresponding tutorials are available in each toolbox.

A Python version is currently under development as well.

This wiki will only focus on EEGLAB's version.

Once the installation is complete, you can find the GEDAI button in the menu to launch it.
