[Ag20] Remaining peer dependency issues

There are still peer dependency issues in the angular20 branch that prevent npm install from succeeding without --legacy-peer-deps flag. Even though we have migrated usage from angular-notifier to ngx-toastr, the former is still installed and appears in the codebase.

No error for peer dependencies version conflict. No vulnerabilities found after installation.
The PR is merged
