Issue Detail:

The 'fed' prefix and the registry name are not properly aligned when attempting to add a federated registry to the primary cluster

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Promote a standalone cluster to a Primary Cluster.
2. Navigate to the NeuVector UI —> Assets —> Registries and click the "Add" button.
3. In the "Add Registry" dialog, enable the "Use in Federation" toggle.
4. Enter a registry name

Expected Result: The "fed." prefix and the registry name should be properly formatted.

Actual Result: The 'fed' prefix and the registry name are not properly aligned in the UI.

After fixed
If fed. prefix is there, the field will be shown as title floating to top

Verified in 5.5.1-rc3, the issue is fixed.
