* Support for node 0.10 (by dropping the autorequire dependency).

* Support for italic and bold text in markdown comments.

* Support for Jade's unbuffered comment syntax `//-`.

One caveat: Groc seems to be hitting a race condition within node 0.10+
streams (because groc is still using the old-style stream events).  When on
Node 0.10+, doc generation will occur in serial, and be much slower.
