TaskTrack is a Specify spec for managing structured work plans executed by AI agents. A TaskTrack plan is a collection of tasks grouped into ordered phases, stored as plain markdown files in a single folder — designed to be authored and executed by AI agents.

It's a draft. The specification may still change in backwards-incompatible ways between revisions, so treat current behavior as provisional. Feedback at this stage is especially valuable.

Where things go:

• Discussions (here) — open-ended topics: should the spec do X, alternative designs, questions about intent, RFC-style proposals. Use Q&A for questions, Ideas for proposals.
• Issues — concrete, actionable items: typos, broken links, internal inconsistencies, MiniMark/Specify compliance defects, or a case the spec should clearly cover but doesn't.

If you're unsure which fits, open a Discussion — it can be converted to an Issue if it turns out to be actionable.
