Welcome to the official Nexscope help and feedback community. Use this space for questions about Nexscope browser tools, ecommerce and SEO data APIs, creative APIs, and MCP integrations.

Choose the right channel

• Q&A: Ask how to use a tool or endpoint, understand an unexpected result, or troubleshoot an integration. Answers can be marked when the question is resolved.
• Ideas: Suggest a workflow, model, API endpoint, documentation improvement, or product capability.
• Show and tell: Share a reproducible ecommerce or AI workflow. Include redacted inputs, observed output, and limitations. Nexscope team tests must be identified as team-tested examples.
• General: Discuss ecommerce research and AI workflows that are not support questions.
• Issues: Report a reproducible bug or a feature request that needs formal tracking.

For account, billing, payment, privacy, or other private matters, email service@nexscope.ai instead of posting publicly.

How to ask for help

Please include:

1. What you are trying to accomplish.
2. The tool, API endpoint, MCP tool, or model involved.
3. A redacted example of the input.
4. What you expected and what actually happened.
5. The approximate request time and reference or request ID, if one was returned.

Never post API keys, access tokens, payment details, private customer data, or unredacted account screenshots.

How the Nexscope team handles a report

We first confirm the scope, reproduce the behavior when possible, and separate verified observations from assumptions. We will link a tracked Issue when product work is required and return to the original discussion when the status changes. If the exact cause, credit cost, or provider limitation has not been verified, we will say so.
