Steps to reproduce

With comments activated:

1. share a file
2. write a comment mentioning another user
3. open the comment with the other user
4. reload: still a comment notification

Expected behaviour

Comment gets marked as read

Actual behaviour

Comment notification still shown

Server configuration

confirmed on 31, 32 and master

Warnings in the browser console
