Docker container is not starting due to multiple upgrades

Hello,

I have not updated AIO version in a while and recently after restarting a server and doing docker compose up -d pulled the latest version. Since then the docker container for app is not starting and docker compose logs app shows message:

Initializing nextcloud 31.0.5.1 ...
Can't start Nextcloud because upgrading from 29.0.0.19 to 31.0.5.1 is not supported.
It is only possible to upgrade one major version at a time. For example, if you want to upgrade from version 14 to 16, you will have to upgrade from version 14 to 15, then from 15 to 16.

However instructions are not very clear. How exactly should I update from 29 to 30 and from 30 to 31?
