Adjusting container memory and cpu limits

Adjusting container memory and cpu limits?
I'm able successfully to adjust the docker containers memory and cpu limits for nextcloud-aio-mastercontainer container (see example) but how do i adjust the following containers?

• nextcloud-aio-apache
• nextcloud-aio-nextcloud
• nextcloud-aio-imaginary
• nextcloud-aio-redis
• nextcloud-aio-database
• nextcloud-aio-whiteboard
• nextcloud-aio-notify-push
• nextcloud-aio-talk
• nextcloud-aio-talk-recording
• nextcloud-aio-onlyoffice

I'm presuming a docker-compose.override.yml file might be necessary but no idea where to control these containers:

Why
Had a issue where a container used all cpu and a lot of ram and just froze entire server. Its best practice to set limits on each container so at least the issue can be contained, alerted to and dealt with before your unable to fix due to all resources maxed out, leading to dreaded hard reset, no one wants that.
