sync start date

Any time I have to re-set-up sync I have to run the risk of thousands of image conflicts, and at a minimum I have to wait for the app to scan through everything. I think a _relatively_ easy way to address this would be to connect an optional (off by default) start date to any folder being synced, any files before that date would be ignored.
