[BUG]Auto upload sometimes does not upload due to Locked files #16434

Steps to reproduce
1.Take a series of photos ( 25 in my case)
2. Wait Nextcloud to start uploading
3. Uploading completed only for 22 photos, other cannot be uploaded because of file lock
4. Nextcloud send notification with Locked description
5. Uploading file again manually will complete normally.
I have a feeling that nextcloud app wont try again to upload a file when file is not locked anymore. My Galaxy S25 Ultra is sometimes enhancing the photos so file is locked for another 6 seconds after taking is via Camera app. Nextcloud should try to auto upload in 15 minutes for example.

Expected behaviour
- Take series of photos
- Wait for autoupload to complete
- If any file is locked, app should try again in few minutes
Actual behaviour
- Take series of photos
- Wait for autoupload to complete
- If any file is locked, app wont try again and photos are never uploaded if not done manually.
