When opened via sharing button, Nextcloud app doesn't unlock and finally crashes

Steps to reproduce

1. Have the nextcloud app locked with device's lock screen pattern.
2. Open a file which exists locally on the device. (In this case, it was a photo in Aves, but I experienced this behaviour before with other files, from other apps, too)
3. Hit share -> Nextcloud
4. Prompt to unlock Nextcloud appears
5. After correctly drawing the unlock pattern, the Nextcloud lock screen reappears. This repeats as long as you try unlocking.
6. Trying to exit using the Android "back" gesture doesn't work at first, only reopening the Nextcloud lock screen.
7. After multiple attempts of exiting using the "back" gesture, Nextcloud crashes

Expected behaviour

When sharing a file to the nextcloud app, I want to be able to select the account and folder I want the file to be uploaded to.
