(auto:upload) battery saver detection

"While you're at it"; the nextcloud app says that autouploading is turned off b/c battery saver is on. But I've excluded the nextcloud app but the app doesn't seem to check or detect that. Can auto upload be active during battery saver mode if the app is privileged?
