Andoird end-to-end encryption having issues after upgrade #2388

Description

@kunalgoradia

Actual behaviour

I have recently upgraded from 13.0.0 to 13.0.1 and now I cannot seem to upload to encrypted directories successfully. I had enabled end-to-end encryption when I was running 13.0.0 and things were working fine at that time. However, since the upgrade either the files don't get uploaded at all or if they do get uploaded then I get the following error in the server while trying to access it from the app "OCP\Encryption\Exceptions\GenericEncryptionException: Missing Signature"

Expected behaviour

The files should get uploaded to an encrypted directory successfully and the ability to preview/download it on the app again

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an encrypted directory from the app
  2. Manually upload a few files
