Make the retransmit button less error-prone #8789

My network connection to the NC server is not always snappy (especially on mobile). When a transmission fails, I can go to the uploads, click on the two circling arrows in the right upper corner to trigger a retransmit of all failed transmissions.
Unfortunately, this takes a bit of time until it is visible that the app has detected the tapping. I always fear if I click again (as I think I missed the exact small button), by accident I will click on the abort button of the topmost (now running transmission). When this is an auto-upload file I might have a problem finding the exact file name that was accidentally aborted.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Make the button larger
- Make an instant indicator that the app is working (let it turn around)
- Move the abort button to another location (?)
- Make the abort not instant but with a countdown of 5sec to undo the abortion
- First pause a transfer before ultimatively abort it.
- Move the aborted files to a new section (like finished, in progress, failed) that allows rescheduling
Describe alternatives you've considered
Be careful and always wait some time when clicking in that area 😞

If I run into the issue again, I will take a screenshot. Not possible ATM. Apart from that, I am ready to answer questions.
