Uploads sidebar entry should have indicator if user interaction is needed

• if there is a failed upload there should be an indicator that the user has to do something here

Does that makes sense @nextcloud/designers ?

There is already a notification "upload failed" in the dropdown bar of android.
If you click on it, upload view is opened.
