Fix: open file from homescreen when app is closed

STR:

Log in.
Tap 3 dots on a file (e.g., an image, a video) > tap 'Pin to home screen' option.
After the file icon was added to the home screen, remove the app from memory.
Tap the file icon on the home screen.

Actual Result:
The file cannot be opened.

Expected Result:
The file is opened.
