Which version of assistant are you using?
3.4.1
Which version of Nextcloud are you using?
33.0.3
Which browser are you using? In case you are using the phone App, specify the Android or iOS version and device please.
vivaldi and safari
Describe the Bug
Today I installed one of the AI-Apps “nextcloud Assistant” from the nextcloud app store. Couldn’t remeber the exact name. After installing, the web-dashboard is not accessible anymore. Means the browser shows only a white screen. The Apps (iOS and MacOS), e.g. Talk, Notes, etc. are working propably.
Due to the fact, that I’m not able to enter the dashboard, I’m not able to enter the admin section to deinstall this broken app.
Restarting the container doesn't help
Only solution is to rename the folder directly on the server (in custom_app-folder)
Setup:
- Nextcloud is running in a docker container (via Portainer)
- Host is a Synology NAS with 32GB RAM
Expected Behavior
No white screen, but working Assistant
To Reproduce
- Install Assistant via appstore
- switch to the dashboard again
- --> whitescreen
