Notification if invitation is accepted is not reliable

Steps to reproduce

1. Creat an event an invite another NC-user to participate (doesn't matter if that person is read only for this calendar)

Expected behavior

No difference between different ways of accepting an invitation

Actual behaviour

2. User accepts the invitation directly in his calender - email notification "invitation updated" immediatly sent to the organizer
3. User accepts the invitation via email in webmailer (f.e. host europe) - email notification "invitation updated" immediatly sent to the organizer
4. BUT: user accepts the invitation via email in thunderbird - no notification via email for the organizer
5. BUT: user accepts the invitation via nextcloud mail - no notification via email for the organizer
6. Either way: the user is shown as "accepted" in the event but with 4./5. the organizer has to look in the event to check if something has changed, since there is no email notification
