Comments should alternatively be presented in tree view (not only in timely order)

• Comments are ordered by timestamp (initial post time, not update time)
• Replies are presented with the quote and the author of the parent comment, which is a doubled information, and overhead display, leading to cognitive overload for such as simple feature

cc @jancborchardt Since we discussed this when talking about the comment reply feature. I know we decided on purpose for just a one level solution here, but cannot remember the exact reasoning anymore.
