Insert attachment at cursor position #2139

Attachments are always inserted at the end of the text field.
However, at least for me, it would make sense to insert the attachment at the current cursor position.
For example, if you already have written a lot of text and now want to add an image at the current position, it is natural to go to that position in the text and click on the insert attachment button.
