Describe the bug
Link card with another one is impossible when we have an empty list in a board.
When we move the empty list at the end of board, we can see every cards

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to on a card
2. Click on Add a project
3. Click on Link a card
4. Choose a board with an empty list
5. Choose a card
6. If the empty list is in first then, the cards list is totaly empty (screen CardLink_EmptyList_First_Capture d’écran 2022-06-29 120508.jpg)
7. If the empty list is in middle, then the cards list is partial (CardLink_EmptyList_Middle_Capture d’écran 2022-06-29 120721.jpg)
8. If the empty list is in the end, then, the cards list is full CardLink_EmptyList_End_Capture d’écran 2022-06-29 120721.jpg
