Add Watch / Observe function - Extend the User-assignment-hierarchy #4161
Description
The logic of user assignment should be extended.
A task can be assigned to a fellow user of the board, but there is no differentiation, or hierarchy / responsibility.
A great start would be: Observer! - The assignment can also happen "automatically" when creating the task. (In Meistertask, Trello or Jira, the user can also be assigned as an observer). This feature is therefore also great, because then another level of collaboration can arise. A task can be passed on!
Currently, there is only the possibility to assign a user who should complete the task. Often the responsibility cannot be carried properly when multiple people are involved.
How?
One implementation option, is by means of an "eye" icons. There is currently already a user icon. In the selection popup, an eye icon can also be inserted next to this icon. - This would be my approach
