Option to keep email notifications sent to users on the card, not the whole board #5265

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now each user on a board gets EVERY email notification for all cards even if they are not added to the card.
This results in a lot of email noise from Deck.
Describe the solution you'd like
Any chance there can be an option to select if card activity notifications should go to all users on the board or just users assigned to the respective card?
Note I said option not change it completely, although i think it makes sense to have card-only notifications as the default.
