Users are presented HTML code when trying to edit comments

Describe the bug
Since the update to Nextcloud 33 and Deck 1.17.1, when clicking the "Update" button next to a comment, users are presented HTML code.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Write a comment on a Deck card
2. Open the context menu of that comment
3. Click "Update"

Expected behavior
Users are presented the contents of their comment without surrounding HTML tags.
