[Bug]: Windows11 client update with Admin Priviledges and chocolatey crashes explorer.exe permanently

Bug description

Hello,

I've got nextcloud-client installed via chocolatey.
I do update from Administrative PowerShell Terminal. Via choco upgrade. I haven't tried a manual installation.
Update goes through with minor problems:

1. It shuts off/kills explorer.exe (which is the 'file-manager-taskbar-icon' process on windows)
2. It shuts off/kills all browser(Firefox) windows.

Firefox comes back/restarts after the update is done. Which is expected behaviour.
Explorer.exe needs to be manually started after its done. Which is unexpected.

This might be related to the bugs where people said, their update waits endlessly for shutting off of browser/ explorer windows. But because I'm running the update with highest privilege, it can do as it wishes. And the result is a minor inconvenience.
nextcloud-client v3.9.2 => 3.10.0

I've seen this happen at least 2 times. (This one and previous one, I really do not remember if it happened prior those.)

Steps to reproduce

1. Start administrative powershell console via menu start.
2. Run: choco upgrade nextcloud-client or choco upgrade all

Expected behavior

I expected explorer.exe to be started again after the update was done.

same with winget - we defenitley need an fix for that as we cant upgrade nextcloud manually in the big networks we using nextcloud

• happend with several version upgrades - just today a customer called in for crashed explorer - so it sadly still true for the newest version 3.11.1

The error still exists. The update on Desktop 3.14.2 to 3.14.3 via winget has led to a complete crash of explorer.exe. The only thing that helped was to open the Task Manager via CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and start explorer.exe manually.

This is so annoying that I now do manual updates for Nextcloud (as the only application on the entire PC). All other applications can handle the silent installation, e.g. for PowerToys there is a popup asking the user to reboot soon.

not a bug
we do not support chocolatey but if you would also use the official MSI package, the result would be the same
the client is providing DLLs for integration into the Windows system (contextual menu, status icons, share dialog, ...) and the Windows files explorer needs a restart when this is upgraded
