Publish documentation as epub

Thanks for Nextcloud and the good documentation in the first place!

I searched for an epaper-usable version of the entire documentation in one document, however only found a PDF version on docs.nextcloud.com.

Given that you are using Sphinx to build your documentation and Sphinx has an epub renderer (https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/usage/builders/index.html?highlight=epub) would you consider adding epub as a format to your documentation pipeline?
