☑️ Resolves

  • Suggestions are great, but let's give people some context to simultaneously:
    • elevate submission quality
    • encourage all types of constructive suggestions
    • boost community involvement
    • empower people to nudge things forward independently
  • Also adds links, to New Issue chooser, to the Community Help Forum (+Enterprise support) for consistently with some of the other repos)
  • Bypassing the template remains possible to maintain existing behavior where desired (for now)
